We respect your rights, dignity and decisions, so you can build a social life in a way that
feels right for you. MTM operates with integrity, honesty and transparency in everything we
do.
Choice and Control
You choose events that match your goals, interests and confidence level. We enable people with disability to exercise choice and control in the planning and delivery of their supports.
Safe Support
Our team supports participants to take part safely, follow event expectations and build confidence over time. Every event includes trained Progress Facilitators, clear expectations and a welcoming environment.
Raising Concerns
If something doesn’t feel right, we want it raised. MTM promptly takes steps to listen, respond and act on concerns. Participants, families and support coordinators can contact us directly at any time.
Behaviour Expectations
MTM has clear expectations around respect, inclusion, personal space, privacy and staff directions. These expectations help every participant feel safe and included.
Zero Tolerance
MTM does not tolerate harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence, sexual misconduct or unsafe behaviour of any kind.
